Barry Mestel is President/Owner of Winning Ways. Mr. Mestel is a graduate of America International College, majoring in education with a minor in Psychology. His 28 years in basketball combined with his business experience prompted the vision of Winning Ways. Winning Ways was incorporated in 1993.
Mr. Mestel is a people coach both on and off the court. Be it center court or center stage, it's people that make the difference and become the cornerstones of success for any team, "From the Backboard to the Boardroom."

Lisa Nuxol-Wilson

Lisa Nuxol-Wilson has over 14 years of coaching experience. She most recently coached at the University of Alabama and chose to leave the college coaching ranks shortly after having her first child and moving back to the Orlando area. She is now the Director of Sports Marketing and Training at Winning Ways Sports Management and enjoys teaching the game through private training and team training. She has a great knowledge of the game and is very good at player development and evaluating strengths and weaknesses of players. She has coached both guards and posts at the college level and has developed several All-Conference and All State players as well as helped several players go on to play college basketball. Coach Nuxol-Wilson is also available for consultations regarding recruiting.
