Basketball Instruction

Winning Ways offers private and group instruction as well as Team Training.                               

The individual instruction is inclusive of an analysis, drill work, and individual

work out programs.  Coach Barry Mestel has been a Shooting Instructor and

Trainer for more than 30 years, working with all ages and skill levels from youth

to the Pros.
