2012 Girls State Tournament
For: Girls Teams Grades 5th-12th
When: May 25-27, 2012
Where: Cocoa Beach, FL
Cost: $350 per team
Deadline: Friday, May 16, 2012
Tournament Includes:

- Skills Contests
- Pizza Party for ALL Participants
Skills Contest:
When: Saturday, May 26th from 12-1pm
Where: TBA
Contests Include:
- 2 Divisions: Subject to Change
- 5th-8th Grade
- 9th-12th Grade
- Prizes for winners of each event.
Skills Contest Guidelines:
Each team will send 2 players to participate in each event.
Good Sportsmanship must be shown at all times during each skill contest.
Awards will be given out to the winners.
Contests:
Queen Of The Court
- Players will play 1 on 1 until someone scores. Winner stays on, loser walks. Player with the most points is QUEEN OF THE COURT.
Long Distance Shootout
- Players will shoot 3 shots from 5 designated spots on the court for a total of 15 shots. Players with the most made shots is the LONG DISTANCE SHOOTOUT CHAMPION.
Dream Time
- Each player will use their imagination to come up with the most creative shot. Shots they've only seen in their dreams! Members of the crowd will judge for the winner. Players with the most creative shot isthe DREAM TIME CHAMPION!
Pizza Party
When: Saturday, May 29th, 9-10:30pm
Where: In the Breakfast Room of the Best Western Ocean Beach Hotel & Suites.
