Winning Ways was founded in 1992 by its President/Owner, Barry Mestel. "From the Backboard to the Boardroom" has been both slogan and vision for Winning Ways as we provide programs, training, and consulting services for both the private and public sector. Coaching people to optimize their talent as individuals and as a team is paramount to the goals and vision of Winning Ways.
